Employee Review Submission

By submitting a review on the Moris Media platform, you (“Employee”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms and Conditions governing the content, usage, and rights related to employee-submitted reviews.

1. Voluntary and Truthful Submission

You confirm that your review is submitted voluntarily, without pressure, coercion, or influence from any internal or external party. You further affirm that :

  • Your review is based on your own real experience during your association with Moris Media.
  • You are not impersonating another individual or submitting a review on behalf of someone else.
  • Your submission is genuine and made in good faith, without the intent to deceive, defame, or misrepresent.

2. Integrity and Responsible Expression

You agree that your review:

  • Will not include the name, reference, or indirect identification of any other employee, manager, department, or contractor.
  • Will not target, blame, or attack any individual, team, or third-party vendor associated with Moris Media.
  • Will not include any discriminatory, defamatory, threatening, vulgar, sexually explicit, or abusive language.
  • Will not include any comments or content that may harm, degrade, or damage the professional reputation, privacy, or dignity of others.

3. Respect for Confidentiality

You agree not to disclose:

  • Any information that is covered by confidentiality, including client identities, internal strategies, financial data, or proprietary business processes.
  • Any intellectual property, sensitive HR details, or internal communication not authorized for public disclosure.

4. Moderation and Modification Rights

Moris Media reserves the absolute and unrestricted right to review, edit, modify, decline, or delete any submitted review at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice to the submitter. This right is exercised to protect the company, its clients, and its employees, and includes but is not limited to the following:

  • Correction of grammatical or formatting errors for consistency and readability, without altering the core message.
  • Removal of confidential or sensitive information such as internal data, client details, or project content.
  • Elimination of personal attacks, defamatory language, or inappropriate tone that violates Moris Media’s internal policies, code of conduct, or legal obligations.
  • Rejection of reviews that include false claims, misleading statements, or misrepresentation of experience or fact.
  • Suppression of content that targets, promotes, or defends any individual, department, or third-party entity.
  • Review removal if submitted under false identity, unauthorized access, or a conflict of interest.
  • Rejection of off-topic, irrelevant, or miscategorized content.

Moris Media retains final discretion on whether a review aligns with these standards.

5. Consent to Publish

By submitting your review:

  • You grant Moris Media a non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable license to reproduce, share, quote, or display your review in part or full on internal platforms, career pages, or communication materials, unless you have explicitly requested anonymity.
  • By default, your review will be published as “Anonymous”, unless you choose to have your name displayed.
  • You may request removal or modification of your review at any time by contacting privacy@morismedia.in with your full name and employee ID.

6. No Compensation or Influence

You confirm that:

  • You have not been offered any form of compensation, reward, or exchange for your review.
  • Your submission has not been influenced, drafted, or dictated by any member of management or HR.

7. Data Protection & Storage

Your review is securely stored and is subject to internal privacy protocols. No part of your identity, comments, or association will be shared with third parties without your written consent.

8. Right to Withdraw or Remain Anonymous

At any point, you may:

  • Request full withdrawal of your published review
  • Request conversion of your name to “Anonymous”
  • Update your review to reflect new or revised feedback

All such requests will be reviewed and fulfilled within 10 business days of submission to privacy@morismedia.in

9. Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal matters arising under this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.

10. Final Declaration

By checking the box titled "I agree and accept Terms and Conditions for Review" and submitting your review:

  • You confirm that you have fully read and understood these Terms and Conditions.
  • You confirm that your feedback is honest, fair, respectful, and based on your direct experience.
  • You understand that Moris Media has the full right to modify, edit, or remove your review as outlined above.
  • You confirm that your submission does not contain any inappropriate, biased, or defamatory content, and that you are fully responsible for what you have shared.
  • You agree that your review, even if published, is subject to Moris Media’s ongoing content standards and moderation process.
