 will be responsible for delivering high-quality, AI-assisted visual content by combining creative thinking, technical expertise and structured production workflows. The role involves managing the complete creative lifecycle, from understanding project requirements and developing AI-generated visual assets to motion graphics, video editing, post-production, quality assurance and final delivery. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the selected professional will ensure that every creative output aligns with business objectives, approved brand guidelines, technical specifications and professional production standards while maintaining consistent communication, organised workflows and timely project execution.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • 1. Develop AI-Generated Video Content: Create role-specific AI-generated videos for digital campaigns, social media, brand communication, presentations and client requirements while maintaining visual accuracy, narrative clarity and approved production standards.

    2. Design Professional Motion Graphics: Produce motion graphics, animated titles, transitions, visual effects, infographics and branded sequences that support the communication objectives of Moris Media and the Creative Design & Motion Graphics department.

    3. Translate Creative Briefs into Visual Outputs: Interpret project briefs, scripts, references and brand requirements to develop clear visual concepts, production approaches and final assets aligned with the Digital & Social Media industry.

    4. Engineer Effective Visual Prompts: Write, test and refine prompts for AI video, image and animation platforms to achieve consistent characters, environments, camera movement, lighting, composition and visual continuity.

    5. Maintain Scene and Character Consistency: Ensure visual continuity across shots by controlling character appearance, wardrobe, objects, locations, framing, colour treatment and motion throughout each production.

    6. Execute End-to-End Video Production: Manage assigned projects from concept planning and asset preparation through AI generation, animation, editing, sound integration, review, revision and final export.
