Moris Media is seeking a driven and enthusiastic intern to join our team and support the establishment of a new Business team. We are looking for a dynamic, energetic intern who is eager to learn about our company and to Support the planning and implementation of a new Business Development Executive. The person would be responsible for planning and implementing the new Business Development team and is one of our customer acquisition champions. The candidate should be able to define an ambitious vision, goals & strategy as well as be able to execute these plans with excellence, deliver results and evaluate performance in Business Development.

Job Summary

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding and knowledge of Moris media products, audiences & buyer personas.
  • Definition and monitoring of relevant KPIs
  • Measure, track, and report on performance marketing efforts through structured dashboards.
  • Monitoring, analyses, and optimisation of campaigns based on the common KPIs as well as deriving recommendations for action
  • Support in planning and implementation of new performance campaigns
  • Assistance in the conception and coordination of marketing materials as well as communication with external partners.
  • Use a data-driven marketing strategy to identify trends/patterns and opportunities for innovation, and make optimization recommendations.

  • Ability To Make Decisions in a Changing Environment, anticipate future needs, and drive results.
  • Proven experience managing customer acquisition efforts in paid channels with quantifiable results.
  • Experience with paid channels (Google Search, Display, UAC,  Facebook Ads, Youtube Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, etc), A/B testing (eg. Optimisely, Google Optimise), Analytics (eg. Google Analytics.
