  • Oversee the assigned celebrity's social media coordination, including content calendars, posting schedules, content approvals, campaign timelines, platform updates and coordination with internal creative and digital marketing teams.
  • Coordinate brand endorsements, commercial collaborations, sponsorships and promotional campaigns, ensuring all deliverables are executed in accordance with contractual timelines and campaign requirements.
  • Plan and manage national and international travel, including flight bookings, accommodation, local transportation, itineraries, airport movement, event logistics and on-ground coordination.
  • Maintain continuous communication with celebrities, talent representatives, family offices where applicable, brands, agencies, production houses, media organisations, public relations teams, photographers, stylists, event organisers and internal departments.
