Moris Media India is seeking ambitious and energetic graduates for the position of Celebrity/Influencer Manager. As a Celebrity/Influencer Manager, you will be responsible for managing the work of celebrities and influencers, providing them with administrative support, and guiding them to achieve their goals.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Work closely with celebrities and influencers, providing administrative support and guidance throughout their careers.
  • Connect with new celebrities and influencers, building relationships and expanding the company’s network.
  • Assist in upgrading celebrities’ and influencers’ profiles, ensuring that they are portrayed in a positive light in the media.
  • Manage celebrities’ and influencers’ accounts, projects, and clients within their chosen functional area.
  • Research and identify opportunities for collaborations between celebrities/influencers and brands or organizations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, news, and social media platforms to develop effective strategies.
  • Negotiate contracts on behalf of celebrities/influencers, ensuring favorable terms for all parties involved.
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns to enhance the visibility of celebrities/influencers.

Job Summary

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in talent management or working with celebrities/influencers is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with talent as well as internal teams.
  • Excellent organizational skills with an ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms, influencer marketing trends, and digital content creation is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently while also being a team player.

  • 2-5 years of celebrity and influencer management experience.
