Moris Media is currently hiring for a Head of Sales and Marketing in Singapore. This job may require you to lead and oversee the company's entire sales and marketing functions, driving revenue growth and brand awareness. As the Head of Sales and Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to achieve ambitious targets, while ensuring seamless collaboration between the sales and marketing teams. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's go-to-market strategy, identifying new business opportunities, and optimizing existing sales channels. You will lead the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing campaigns, leveraging various channels to reach target audiences and generate qualified leads. You will also be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of sales and marketing professionals, fostering a high-performance culture that prioritizes innovation and results.   • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve company revenue goals and enhance brand visibility.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and mentor a high-performing team of sales and marketing professionals, fostering collaboration and a results-oriented culture.
  • Revenue Generation: Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, expanding into new markets, and optimizing existing sales channels.
  • Marketing Campaign Development: Lead the creation and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, content marketing, and events.
  • Brand Management: Develop and maintain a strong brand identity for Moris Media, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning across all platforms.
  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor landscape.
  • Sales Enablement: Equip the sales team with the necessary tools, resources, and training to achieve their targets.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize strategies.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working effectively with diverse teams across different departments.
  • Marketing Expertise: Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics, including digital marketing, content marketing, social media, and event marketing.
  • Sales Expertise: Proven track record in sales leadership, with a deep understanding of the sales process and a passion for closing deals.
