Moris Media is seeking a skilled Senior Motion Graphics Designer to become an integral part of our innovative creative team. As a leading global PR and digital marketing agency, we strive for excellence in all our endeavour’s. The successful candidate will work closely with our marketing department, video producers, and other key stakeholders to create outstanding video content that encapsulates our brand's values. We are looking for a motivated and creative individual with extensive experience in producing eye-catching motion graphics and visual effects across various platforms, including web, social media, and video production.

  • Collaborate with our creative team to conceptualize, design, and produce visually engaging motion graphics for a wide range of projects, including marketing campaigns, social media content, web animations, and video productions.
  • Translate complex concepts and ideas into visually compelling stories that effectively communicate the intended message to target audiences.
  • Stay current with the latest design trends, techniques, and tools to continuously evolve our visual storytelling capabilities.
  • Work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to meet project deadlines while ensuring the highest level of quality.
  • Be proactive in identifying potential problems and providing creative solutions.
  • Create and deliver motion graphics for various media.
  • Collaborate with art and creative teams to select audio, video, colors, animation, etc. for graphic design.
  • Edit video footage and add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics.
  • Stay up to date on the latest graphic design techniques and industry developments.
  • Contribute to the development of team skills and overall growth.

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of professional experience as a Motion Graphic Designer, Animator, or a similar role.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Knowledge of 3D animation software, such as Cinema 4D or Maya, is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and composition.
  • Excellent visual storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail, aesthetics, and pacing.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and receive feedback.
