Your role will entail understanding the company's vision to produce innovative and captivating designs for our forthcoming line of products, primarily focusing on our website.

We are specifically interested in candidates who bring a senior-level expertise in the field of UI/UX design. The scope of your responsibilities will encompass gathering user specifications, crafting visual elements, and developing intuitive navigation components. Proficiency in design software and wireframe tools is a must for success in this position.

Job Summary

Primary Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to collect and assess user requirements
  • Visualize design concepts through the use of storyboards, flow diagrams, and sitemaps
  • Craft graphical elements for the user interface, such as menus, tabs, and widgets
  • Construct navigation features, including page buttons and search functionalities
  • Generate clear UI mockups and prototypes to demonstrate site aesthetics and functionality
  • Produce original visual designs, including images, sketches, and tables
  • Present preliminary drafts to internal teams and key decision-makers for review
  • Diagnose and resolve UX issues, such as responsiveness concerns
  • Implement layout modifications based on feedback from users
  • Maintain consistency in design by adhering to established guidelines on fonts, colors, and imagery

  • Expertise in wireframing tools, including Wireframe.cc and InVision
  • Updated skills in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Exceptional communication abilities to liaise with a variety of stakeholders
  • Effective time management skills
Job Summary

Required Qualifications

  • 5-7 years in roles focused on UX or UI design
  • Understanding of the various phases in product development
  • A Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Proficiency in user-centered design principles and methodologies
  • A proven track record in creating websites, applications, and other digital platforms
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
  • At least 5 years of specialized experience in UX or UI design

MANDATORY REQUISITES:

  • Laptop/desktop with upgraded configurations.
  • High-speed internet connection.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility to travel occasionally.
  • Strong telephonic skills as the role involves extensive phone work with clients.
  • Excellent management skills and the ability to work under pressure.

SALARY:

Salary is negotiable based on overall profile, experience,

personality, and skills.

JOB LOCATION:

Moris Media operates in a remotely mode, allowing employees to

work remotely. We facilitate productivity by accommodating diverse geographical

time zones. Travel-related expenses will be reimbursed if required.
