Objective:
The probation period is designed to evaluate the Senior Business Development Manager's ability to meet business targets, adapt to the role, and integrate effectively into the organization, whether as an individual contributor or as a team leader.

    • The Senior Business Development Manager has the option to work individually or lead a sales team.
    • This flexibility allows the Senior Business Development Manager to utilize their strengths and preferences to drive business growth.

    • Business Target:
      • Achieve business targets equivalent to 10 times the basic salary.
      • Focus on personal sales activities, client acquisition, and revenue generation.
    • Performance Metrics:
      • Monitor and report on individual sales performance, including lead conversion rates, client retention, and revenue achieved.
      • Regular performance reviews to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
    • Salary Justification:
      • If the business target is not achieved, the Senior Business Development Manager will receive 40% of their basic salary.
      • Meeting the target will make them eligible for incentives as per company policy.
