Moris Media is searching for a talented UI/UX Designer to shape the digital experiences for our innovative moCal brand. This role is crucial in crafting intuitive, user-centered interfaces that embody moCal's mission and resonate with its target audience.   • Conduct user research and analysis to deeply understand moCal's target users and their needs.
  • Create user personas, journey maps, and other UX deliverables to guide the design process.
  • Design visually appealing and highly functional user interfaces for moCal's web and/or mobile platforms.
  • Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to illustrate design concepts and user flows.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure the technical feasibility and successful implementation of designs.
  • Participate in usability testing, gather user feedback, and iteratively improve designs.
  • Maintain consistency with moCal's brand guidelines and overall visual style.
  • Stay current on UI/UX design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
  • Work effectively within cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development.
  • Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the development process.

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of proven experience in UI/UX design.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your design process and successful projects, ideally with a focus relevant to moCal's domain (e.g., wellness, lifestyle, technology).

Experience

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in UI/UX design roles

  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for layout, typography, and color theory.
  • Ability to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes of varying fidelity.
  • Experience designing for web and/or mobile applications.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
