Moris Media is seeking a talented and experienced VFX artist to join our growing remote team. As a key member of the post-production team, you'll play a vital role in transforming raw footage into captivating and compelling video content. This role requires a strong understanding of VFX composing, 3D graphics (optional, but a plus), and a keen eye for visual storytelling.

Job Summary

Primary Responsibilities

  • VFX Integration:
    • Work with raw footage, including green screen elements, to create seamless and believable VFX integrations.
    • Utilize industry-standard VFX software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Nuke) to create compositing, rotoscoping, tracking, and keyframe animation for VFX shots.
  • Visual Enhancement:
    • Enhance the visual impact of our projects through color correction, motion blur, and other visual effects techniques.
  • Creative Collaboration:
    • Actively participate in the creative process, offering suggestions for VFX solutions and contributing to overall storytelling.
    • Collaborate effectively with editors, directors, and motion graphics artists to ensure a smooth workflow and achieve project goals.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest VFX trends, software advancements, and industry best practices .
    • (Optional) Experience with 3D animation software (e.g., Maya, 3ds Max).

  • VFX Expertise:
    • Strong understanding of compositing techniques, tracking, and keyframe animation.
    • Proficiency in industry-standard VFX software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Nuke).

    • Keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually stunning and believable VFX.
  • Communication & Collaboration:
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a VFX Artist or similar role (5 points).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional VFX skills (5 points).

MANDATORY REQUISITES

SALARY

Salary is negotiable depending on the overall Profile, Experience/ Personality, and skills.
