Moris Media is seeking a talented VFX Artist & Editor to join their growing remote team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the post-production process, transforming raw footage into engaging video content. This role requires proficiency in 3D graphics, VFX compositing, and a strong sense of visual storytelling.

The ideal candidate excels in 3D graphics, utilizing modern technology to craft visually appealing VFX. They are also skilled in integrating fonts, sound, and music to creatively enhance virtualization. Moris Media seeks an individual with these skills for both internal projects and client work.

As a VFX Editor at Moris Media, you will be crucial in post-production, transforming raw footage into visually compelling videos. This role involves remote collaboration with editors, directors, and motion graphics artists to effectively bring creative concepts to life.

Job Summary

Primary Responsibilities

  • VFX Integration
    • Work with raw footage, including green screen elements, to create seamless and believable visual effects (VFX) integrations.
    • Utilize industry-standard VFX software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Nuke) to create compositing, rotoscoping, tracking, and keyframe animation for VFX shots.
  • Visual Enhancement (5 points):
    • Enhance the visual impact of our projects through color correction, motion blur, and other visual effects techniques.
  • Project Management (5 points):
    • Maintain a high level of organization and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Creative Collaboration (5 points):
    • Actively participate in the creative process, offering suggestions for VFX solutions and contributing to overall storytelling.
    • Collaborate effectively with editors, directors, and motion graphics artists to ensure a smooth workflow and achieve project goals.
  • Technical Proficiency (5 points):
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest VFX trends, software advancements, and industry best practices.

Job Summary

  • The job might involve occasional outdoor travel, the candidate needs to be flexible to travel, whenever required.
  •  Must have Telephonic Skills as the position requires a considerable amount of work on the phone with clients.

  • Should be patient, career-oriented, and diplomatic.

SALARY

Salary is negotiable depending on the overall Profile, Experience/ Personality, and skills.
