We are looking for a dynamic, ambitious, and talented individual to join our Sales and Marketing team as a Business Development Manager/Executive candidate. In this role, you will act as a digital doctor, understanding the needs and challenges of our clients and presenting our services to address those needs effectively. You will be immersed in the practical aspects of digital marketing, learning and implementing strategies to become a master in the field.

Your primary objective will be to identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and enhance profitability for Moris Media. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our overall digital marketing approach, overseeing various projects simultaneously. Whether it's strategic planning, market positioning, or enhancing our business operations, your impact will be far-reaching throughout the organization. As you excel in this role, you will be a key driver in the continuous growth and success of Moris Media.

MANDATORY REQUISITES

 Moris works in a Hybrid mode and hence this work-from-home job will require:

  • Laptop/desktop with upgraded configurations
  • High-speed internet connection for seamless navigation.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Must have Telephonic Skills as the position requires a considerable amount of work on the phone with clients.
  • Must have excellent Management skills and be willing to work under pressure and on a targeted basis.
  • Should be patient, career-oriented and diplomatic.

SALARY

Salary is negotiable depending on the overall Profile, Experience/ Personality, and skills.

JOB LOCATION

Moris works in a Hybrid mode and facilitates our employees to work from home or anywhere during productive hours based on their geography to ensure maximum performance and productivity while functioning as a virtual team. The employee will be reimbursed if any traveling is required on behalf of the company.
