Primary Responsibilities

  • Project Ownership: Take full ownership of assigned marketing or PR projects, demonstrating initiative, creativity, and problem-solving abilities from start to finish.

  • Research & Insights: Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitor strategies, and target audience behaviours to inform data-driven decision-making.
  • Content Creation: Develop compelling and relevant content for various digital channels, including social media posts, blog articles, website copy, email campaigns, and more.
  • Campaign Execution: Assist in the planning, implementation, and optimization of marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring they align with overall objectives.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using relevant metrics, providing actionable insights to improve results and maximize ROI.
  • Social Media Engagement: Craft engaging social media content, respond to comments and inquiries, grow the online community, and analyse platform performance.

Education Requirements

  1. Recent MBA Graduates: Priority will be given to candidates who have recently graduated with an MBA degree.
  2. Degree in Progress or Completed: We also welcome applications from individuals currently pursuing or who have recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
