Job Description

  • We are Hiring a Female creative script writer with a deep understanding of Delhi & Punjabi culture and accent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have personal experience with college life and a willingness to conduct research based on the character's journey. Your primary responsibility will be to help us create an authentic and engaging storyline for our lead character, set in a Delhi-based college environment.

 

  • We need someone who has a good experience about college life who can help us to improvise is Delhi based 20-25 years old college girl led characters life in terms of experience college life was ready to do the research based on the character

 

  • Also, you should have willingness to accept criticism and rejection of your work. You should be adept at writing an engaging plot, crafting dialogues and creating characters which are unique and be capable of bringing them to life through rigorous research, and all other modes possible. You should also be able to string your thought process with that of the director’s, so as to work in tandem in realizing his ideas and formulate a movie.

  • Willingness to conduct research and collaborate with the team to develop well-rounded and engaging characters.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines, while maintaining a high level of creativity and attention to detail.
  • You will be responsible for brainstorming, conceptualize, ideates and writes creative content and ideas working closely with the director to interpret his visionary character in to screenplay.
  • Keep yourself up-to-date with best practices in writing for the movies, obsessively track social media trends, writing unique and creative content with strong writing skills especially on Romance, Thriller, Suspense, Drama, Humor, Stories, Lifestyle, Entertainment, Fashion, News, Sports, Etc. You must also have complete understanding of film production.

  • Writing and rewriting scripts if necessary (you may need to do this several times before arriving at the final agreed version).
  • Developing believable plots and characters
  • Getting feedback about the first draft of your work from producers or script editors
  • Researching background material
  • Laying out the screenplay to an agreed format
  • Coming up with themes and ideas
  • Preparing short summaries of your ideas and selling (known as ‘pitching’) them to producers or development executives
  • Exp: 1-3 years; Excellent English verbal and written skill required.
  • Understand the different needs of Target audiences.
  • Assisting in writing Screenplays for films/web series.
  • Good understanding of English.
  • Must be proficient in word processing tools like Microsoft Word
  • Must be familiar with current formats for presenting screenplays.
  • Must have similar experience of Movies/ Videos/ Ad films/Module Scripts Writing.
  • Should be dedicated and well organized.
  • Enthusiasm to work as part of a team .
  • Capable to work for strict deadlines.
  • Must be ambitious and realistic.
