Job Description

Moris Media is currently hiring for a Political Regional Coordinator in Columbus. This job may require you to operate in a hybrid setting, balancing remote planning with on-ground coordination during active campaign phases. As India’s leading Political PR and Digital Reputation Management agency, Moris Media empowers political leaders, parties, and public figures through research-backed communication, seamless field management, and unified campaign execution. The Political Regional Coordinator serves as the vital link between the central campaign leadership and regional field operations, ensuring every strategic plan translates into effective on-ground action.

The role focuses on synchronizing national political strategies with regional realities, maintaining message consistency, and ensuring efficient communication flow between diverse teams. The coordinator will manage campaign activities across multiple territories, oversee event logistics, and monitor field performance to ensure targets are met within tight timelines. This position demands exceptional organizational skills, political awareness, and the ability to multitask across complex workflows involving local representatives, media partners, and constituency stakeholders.

Working closely with strategists, digital teams, and field staff, the Political Regional Coordinator ensures that every outreach effort—from public events and press interactions to voter engagement initiatives—reflects the core communication goals of the campaign. The role requires real-time responsiveness to political developments, adaptability to shifting priorities, and an analytical mindset to interpret ground feedback for leadership review.

Through this position, Moris Media reinforces its reputation for precise execution and strategic alignment, ensuring that political messages resonate authentically across constituencies. The ideal candidate will thrive in fast-paced environments, manage regional challenges with composure, and embody strong communication discipline—bridging the gap between strategy and execution to strengthen Moris Media’s political campaigns at the grassroots level.
