Serving as the primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders, you'll play a crucial role in facilitating smooth communication channels.

In this dynamic position, you'll be responsible for offering comprehensive support to the CEO, Board of Directors, and Executive Team while managing Moris Media's day-to-day operations. This includes seamless coordination within teams, which requires proactive problem-solving abilities and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

Your core duties will involve managing the CEO's schedule, organizing meetings, and overseeing communication flow. Additionally, you'll contribute to office operations and collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams. POSITION SUMMARY:

The Executive Assistant to the CEO plays a vital role in providing comprehensive support to the CEO, Board of Directors, and Executive Team of Moris Media. Managing office operations and coordinating with the team, this dynamic position requires exceptional organizational skills, professionalism, and confidentiality. The ideal candidate will anticipate needs, offer solutions, and ensure smooth day-to-day engagements, while also serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Manage and organize the CEO's schedule, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements with clients, franchise partners, the board of directors and clients, to ensure optimal time management and efficiency.
  • Prepare and coordinate materials for meetings, such as agendas, presentations, and reports, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
  • Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and follow-up on action items.
  • Conduct research and compile data to support the CEO in decision-making processes, providing valuable insights and analysis.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism, maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.
  • Assist in special projects and initiatives assigned by the CEO, contributing expertise and support as needed.
  • Anticipate the needs of the CEO and proactively address issues to ensure smooth operations and enhance productivity.
  • Coordinate with other members of the executive team and departments to facilitate seamless collaboration and communication.
  • Manage office operations and ensure efficient functioning, including maintaining office supplies and equipment.
  • Support the Board of Directors by arranging meetings, drafting agendas, and recording meeting minutes as needed.
  • Act as a representative of the CEO when interacting with stakeholders, embodying the organization's values and professionalism.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and developments to provide relevant insights and support to the CEO.
  • Handle incoming inquiries and requests, prioritizing and responding in a timely and professional manner.

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or related field, providing a solid foundation in business principles and strategies.
  • Extensive experience in providing executive support, particularly in assisting C-level executives, demonstrates a deep understanding of organizational dynamics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and desktop publishing software, showcasing the ability to create and edit graphic presentations and materials effectively.
