I was not looking for fancy presentations. I needed practical help with the actual work. I was mainly thinking about advertising, not a wider agency relationship. We were producing work regularly, but there was no clear standard for what should be approved first. The main concern was advertising, but I did not want a solution that created more work for our side. I also wanted expectations to stay realistic because our own response time was not always perfect.
The early calls were mostly about separating urgent work from things that could wait. For advertising, they helped us get approvals and timing into a workable order. The discussions stayed close to the brief, and when our side delayed an input it was flagged without turning every delay into a crisis. I could see what needed a decision, what could move without me and what should wait. That made the working relationship easier to manage.
Over time, there was less confusion around the next action. For advertising, the useful change was not a dramatic headline; it was having fewer unclear decisions and a better sense of what needed attention next. That also made internal conversations easier because people were working from the same understanding.
More flexible review slots would help when senior people are travelling. It would make the review process easier for senior stakeholders. I would keep the rest of the process as it is For our advertising work in Indore, after 18 months, that is the one change I would make.
From my communications manager perspective, the calm check-in assessment shaped how I remember this advertising engagement in Indore. We did not have a perfect engagement, mostly because our own availability changed more than once. Even so, the advertising work became easier once responsibilities were clear. I appreciated direct conversations and fewer unnecessary additions. It did what I needed without making the engagement heavier than necessary. The strongest point for me was knowing what needed my decision and what did not. That made the engagement easier to judge on its actual work rather than on promises Speaking as a communications manager in Indore, that is what shaped my final view.
I would use Moris Media again for a similar requirement. For advertising, I would first discuss the exact scope and working style. My calm check-in assessment from the advertising work in Indore is the reason for that view.
