I was not looking for fancy presentations. I needed practical help with the actual work. I was mainly thinking about creative testing & optimization, not a wider agency relationship. We were producing work regularly, but there was no clear standard for what should be approved first. The main concern was creative testing & optimization, but I did not want a solution that created more work for our side.
The early calls were mostly about separating urgent work from things that could wait. For creative testing & optimization, they helped us get responsibilities and priorities into a workable order. The discussions stayed close to the brief, and when our side delayed an input it was flagged without turning every delay into a crisis. I could see what needed a decision, what could move without me and what should wait.
After about 35 days, the service felt easier to manage because expectations were clearer. For creative testing & optimization, the useful change was not a dramatic headline; it was having fewer unclear decisions and a better sense of what needed attention next. That also made internal conversations easier because people were working from the same understanding.
I would like creative previews slightly earlier when deadlines are tight. It would make the review process easier for senior stakeholders. I would keep the rest of the process as it is For our creative testing & optimization work in Pune, after 35 days, that is the one change I would make.
From my communications manager perspective, the calm coordination summary shaped how I remember this creative testing & optimization engagement in Pune. We did not have a perfect engagement, mostly because our own availability changed more than once. Even so, the creative testing & optimization work became easier once responsibilities were clear. I appreciated direct conversations and fewer unnecessary additions. Some parts worked well and some needed more alignment. I would start with a tighter scope next time. The strongest point for me was knowing what needed my decision and what did not.
I would recommend them selectively; parts of the engagement were useful, but the working rhythm needs to fit both sides My calm coordination summary from the creative testing & optimization work in Pune is the reason for that view.
