I was travelling a lot at the time, so I needed communication that did not depend on long meetings. The timing made it important to get the basics right quickly. Our earlier efforts were scattered across different people, files and conversations. The main concern was product launch, but I did not want a solution that created more work for our side. I also wanted expectations to stay realistic because our own response time was not always perfect.
The team gave us choices with reasons, so approvals became easier for our side. For product launch, they helped us get responsibilities and priorities into a workable order. The discussions stayed close to the brief, and when our side delayed an input it was flagged without turning every delay into a crisis. I could see what needed a decision, what could move without me and what should wait. That made the working relationship easier to manage.
Over time, our internal reviews became shorter and more useful. For product launch, the useful change was not a dramatic headline; it was having fewer unclear decisions and a better sense of what needed attention next. That also made internal conversations easier because people were working from the same understanding From my product manager perspective in Pune, that was the change I noticed most.
No major issue from my side; I would only make the early-stage documentation a little simpler. It would make the review process easier for senior stakeholders For our product launch work in Pune, after 24 days, that is the one change I would make.
From my product manager perspective, the plain brief view shaped how I remember this product launch engagement in Pune. We did not have a perfect engagement, mostly because our own availability changed more than once. Even so, the product launch work became easier once responsibilities were clear. I appreciated direct conversations and fewer unnecessary additions. I saw value in the work, although the review rhythm did not always suit me. The strongest point for me was knowing what needed my decision and what did not.
I would consider Moris Media again, but I would define reporting and review expectations more precisely first My plain brief view from the product launch work in Pune is the reason for that view.
