I went into the first call with a fairly clear opinion, and some of my assumptions were challenged. My concern was whether an outside team would reduce the back-and-forth. We were producing work regularly, but there was no clear standard for what should be approved first. The main concern was social conversion campaigns, but I did not want a solution that created more work for our side. I also wanted expectations to stay realistic because our own response time was not always perfect.
What worked for me was that the conversation became narrower, not bigger. For social conversion campaigns, they helped us get responsibilities and priorities into a workable order. The discussions stayed close to the brief, and when our side delayed an input it was flagged without turning every delay into a crisis. I could see what needed a decision, what could move without me and what should wait.
Over time, our internal reviews became shorter and more useful. For social conversion campaigns, the useful change was not a dramatic headline; it was having fewer unclear decisions and a better sense of what needed attention next. That also made internal conversations easier because people were working from the same understanding From my event director perspective in Delhi, that was the change I noticed most.
No major issue from my side; I would only make the early-stage documentation a little simpler. It would make the review process easier for senior stakeholders For our social conversion campaigns work in Delhi, after 11 months, that is the one change I would make.
From my event director perspective, the useful scope summary shaped how I remember this social conversion campaigns engagement in Delhi. We did not have a perfect engagement, mostly because our own availability changed more than once. Even so, the social conversion campaigns work became easier once responsibilities were clear. I appreciated direct conversations and fewer unnecessary additions. I saw value in the work, although the review rhythm did not always suit me. The strongest point for me was knowing what needed my decision and what did not.
I would recommend them selectively; parts of the engagement were useful, but the working rhythm needs to fit both sides My useful scope summary from the social conversion campaigns work in Delhi is the reason for that view.
