I was travelling a lot at the time, so I needed communication that did not depend on long meetings. The timing made it important to get the basics right quickly. Too many people were involved, which made ownership unclear and slowed simple decisions. The main concern was social retargeting, but I did not want a solution that created more work for our side. I also wanted expectations to stay realistic because our own response time was not always perfect.
The team gave us choices with reasons, so approvals became easier for our side. For social retargeting, they helped us get approvals and timing into a workable order. The discussions stayed close to the brief, and when our side delayed an input it was flagged without turning every delay into a crisis. I could see what needed a decision, what could move without me and what should wait. That made the working relationship easier to manage.
Over time, our internal reviews became shorter and more useful. For social retargeting, the useful change was not a dramatic headline; it was having fewer unclear decisions and a better sense of what needed attention next. That also made internal conversations easier because people were working from the same understanding.
No major issue from my side; I would only make the early-stage documentation a little simpler. It would make the review process easier for senior stakeholders For our social retargeting work in New Delhi, after 11 months, that is the one change I would make.
From my product manager perspective, the plain scope summary shaped how I remember this social retargeting engagement in New Delhi. We did not have a perfect engagement, mostly because our own availability changed more than once. Even so, the social retargeting work became easier once responsibilities were clear. I appreciated direct conversations and fewer unnecessary additions. It did what I needed without making the engagement heavier than necessary. The strongest point for me was knowing what needed my decision and what did not Speaking as a product manager in New Delhi, that is what shaped my final view.
I would recommend them where an internal team needs specialist support rather than more activity. For social retargeting, I would first discuss the exact scope and working style My plain scope summary from the social retargeting work in New Delhi is.
