As a Marketing Executive at a small business in the media space, I faced the challenge of enhancing our brand visibility without much internal expertise in influencer outreach. Our internal team lacked the bandwidth and network to execute a successful influencer-driven campaign. Moris Media supported us by identifying and connecting us with a couple of influencers to represent our brand across digital channels. They worked to understand our niche and attempted to align us with individuals who could create relevant content. The team maintained consistent communication and responded promptly to our queries. They did make an effort to help us navigate the influencer space, even if some areas of strategic mentorship felt limited during the process.
Over the six-month period, there was a modest improvement in our brand awareness online. A few of our posts gained more traction than before, and our brand name started showing up in conversations within certain circles. However, the momentum was not strong enough to create a lasting buzz or significant lead flow. We appreciated the effort, but the depth of impact didn’t meet our expectations based on the investment and time involved in the campaign.
We would have liked more structured mentorship throughout the campaign. Clearer direction, regular reporting, and insight-driven suggestions could have made the journey smoother. While the team was approachable and friendly, we felt the strategic input lacked the depth we needed to make sharper campaign decisions. More proactive planning and tighter alignment on content performance goals would certainly help improve outcomes.

Their team showed good intent and worked to resolve queries, and we did see some brand visibility gains. However, we were left wanting more in terms of campaign direction and tangible outcomes. I would recommend Moris Media to small teams looking to explore influencer marketing, but with clear expectations on deliverables.
